Personal Statement:

I am a driven Bachelor of Innovation in Digital Media student at the University of Colorado Colorado Springs. During my six-month internship at Walt Disney World as a Guest Experience Associate and Guest Flow Team member, I learned the power of empathy in service, precision in operations, and the importance of thriving in fast-paced environments. I collaborate seamlessly with multi-functional, cross-disciplinary teams, drawing on diverse perspectives to fuel creative solutions. Through leadership in nonprofit initiatives, community volunteering, and my Eagle Scout journey, I have honed my organizational management skills.  My passion for connecting with people and making meaningful contributions drives me to seek challenges that foster growth and community impact, and I am excited to bring my curiosity, resilience, and collaborative spirit to roles where I can help build positive experiences and inspire others to pursue innovative solutions.

Innovation Statement:

I use innovation in my daily life to find new paths forwards, opening new doors and trying new things. Solutions to problems and overcoming challenges are ingrained into my beliefs. There is no obstacle too hard to challenge and no job too small to attempt. I will continue to innovate and create new opportunities for myself in the future.
