Tribe and Purpose, founded by retired Green Beret Lieutenant Colonel Otis McGregor and his son Camden, is a veteran-owned leadership and coaching company dedicated to helping individuals and teams discover their purpose and build supportive communities, or "tribes," to achieve personal and professional success. Drawing from Otis's extensive military and business experience, the company offers purpose-driven coaching, leadership development, and tribe-building strategies to empower clients to lead fulfilling lives and create positive impacts in their communities.
Space Operations Command (SpOC), the operational arm of the U.S. Space Force, is tasked with generating, presenting, and sustaining combat-ready intelligence, cyber, space, and combat support forces to ensure space superiority and support national defense objectives. Recently, SpOC collaborated with the University of Colorado Colorado Springs (UCCS) to host the inaugural Space and Cyber Summit, sponsored by Deloitte, focusing on the intersection of space operations and global security, and featuring discussions on space policy, cybersecurity, and national infrastructure protection.
