*Ritual Academy provides undergraduate brothers and alumni with the experience to learn about the Ritual of Sigma Alpha Epsilon and its application in both chapter and individual life. This weekend event will provide attendees with knowledge of the application, history, and use of our Ritual in daily life and chapter settings.

*Leadership School provides two tracks, a leadership track for general members and a management track for chapter officers. The management track focuses on increasing each officer’s understanding of their roles and responsibilities, team building, goal setting, strategy development, and implementation. We also focus on the crucial chapter and community issues paramount to success.Leadership School will build leadership competencies needed to lead within the Fraternity, your community, and professional roles. By attending Leadership School, members develop leadership skills needed to be successful in any collegiate officer role. Gain knowledge of leadership, recruitment, and Ritual activities to bring back to your chapter.
